Partial Claim. FHA loan only An interest free loan from the HUD that pays off the delinquency on your current mortgage. The original loan must be more than 4 months(92 days) but not more than 12 months delinquent. In the Partial Claim work out program, you do not pay the FHA partial claim loan until after the original loan has been paid off or the property is sold. In the Partial Claim work out program your original loan payments remain unchanged. |
