What are my options?

Delinquent borrowers usually fall into one of three categories:

Borrowers who missed payments due to a temporary but now resolved hardship who are able to pay their current mortgage payments if given time to pay off the past due installments.

Borrowers who are now, or in the near future will be no longer able to afford their current payments.

Borrowers who are able to make mortgage payments but no longer desire to keep the property
